Hello everyone!! Today I'll show the procedure for solving the problem of " No internet access but network working. The most important 5 procedures are given below. You have to apply these procedures one by one. Hope your problem will be solved by yourself.


Method No:1

  • At first, go to the Settings option > click on Update & Security

  • From the left-side click on Troubleshoot 

  • Now, under the troubleshoot menu you will get the Additional Troubleshooters option, click on it

  • Here you will see an option like Internet Connections, select it and click on Run the troubleshooter.

  • It will detect & fix your problem automatically.


If your problem is still now there you will try another method.


Method No:2

  • Go to your Search Menu > Type cmd > Run as administrator > Then click on Yes

  • You have to put a command that is “ipconfig /flushdns” after that hit Enter from the Keyboard

  • After successfully flush your dns you have to Restart your PC. Hope your problem will be solved. 

If still your problem is there you will try another method.

Method No:3

  • Go to your Search Menu > Type cmd > Run as administrator > Then click on Yes

  • Afte opening the command prompt you have to put some command over there. All document is given in the video description. Open the link in your favourit browser. 

  • The first command is “netsh winsock reset” then hit Enter and Restart the PC. 

After start, still  if your problem is there, try another way


Method No:4

  • Go to your Search Menu > Type cmd > Run as administrator > Then click on Yes

  • Afte opening the command prompt you have to put another command over there.

  • The command is “netsh int ip reset” then hit Enter and Restart your computer again.

Still if your problem is there, lastly update your LAN Driver


Method No:5

  • For that you just need to Right click on your Start Menu and you will get some option there.

  • Select Device Manager

  • Expand the Network Adapter option

  • Right click on your proper network adapter and click on Update Driver

  • Select Search autometically for drivers
